Our 50+ Years of Spring Experience
Assures You Exceptional Quality

Nickel Titanium Coil Springs

Nickel titanium coil springs are an excellent choice for space expansion, closure, and maintenance. Because of the shape memory alloy, this product is known to be superior in both movement and patient comfort when it's compared to similar products produced from stainless steel. When using our nickel titanium springs you will experience a spring with near-constant force, lower loading forces than those found in stainless steel, and you will not see the setting conditions that occur with stainless steel springs. The gentle continuous forces applied by these springs will provide you with optimal forces for your specific treatment and always assure that the comfort of the patient is maintained.

Open Coil Springs

Our open coil springs are available in material sizes from 0.009" through 0.014". These springs are an excellent choice if you are looking for space creation with minimal patient discomfort. This product will provide near-constant force through-out the mean deflection of the spring without the "setting". conditions that you will normally find in stainless steel springs.

Close Coil Springs

Our closed coil springs are available in a material size of 0.010" with diameters of 0.030" and 0.035". The closed coil spring is your choice for maintenance and space closure.

Open Coil Spring with Closed Ends

Our open coil springs with closed ends are an excellent choice for space creation and maintenance. They are supplied in 15mm lengths and are offered in three forces - light (100 grams), medium (150 grams), and heavy (200grams).

The springs are supplied bulk packaged unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Stop Wound Springs (Distalizing)

Our stop wound springs are the right choice for distalizing molars. This product is a great alternative to other techniques such as headgear. Because of the forces maintained by these springs, you can achieve the required distalizing of the molars and still provide patient comfort.
These springs are designed to be easily trimmed to  the desired length; just determine the appropriate length and trim the spring in the middle of the closed coil section. You can then place the spring over the archwire and, when used in conjunction with an adjustable archwire lock or stop hook, provide the required force for your unique application.

Our open, closed and stop wound springs are available in 7" lengths or 15" lengths on a plastic bobbin.

Extension Springs with Eyelets

Our extension springs with eyelets are available in material sizes of 0.009", 0.010", and 0.011" with lengths of 9mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, and 18mm. The stainless steel eyelets are attached securely to each end of the closed coil spring and they are guaranteed not to come off during treatment. These eyelets allow for easy attachment to the various bracket, buccal and posted archwire hooks. With the selection of wire sizes and lengths, you will always find the correct force for your particular application.
