Posted Archwires are available in a variety of archwire forms and post  millimeter positions (22mm - 64mm in 2mm increments) We can provide the posts in brass.  Permanent etch midlines are available.

If time savings is what you're looking for, look no further; with this product there is no need to mount crimpable hooks that take time and may slip on a highly polished archwire.

Safety Features

We understand your concern for a strong post  to archwire bond, that is why Acme Monaco has devoted extensive research time enabling us to provide the strongest solder joint available in the industry for this product.

To ensure the posts are correctly bonded to the archwires, bend testing is performed. Pull testing has also been performed on this product with strength results commonly exceeding 10 pounds! In addition to the excellent bond strength, our process ensures that annealing does not occur on the archwire solder joint or the creation of any brittle area which may cause breakage of the archwire below the solder joint.

Post Types Available

We can provide the posts in brass or ball top posts are available if there is any concern with gum or lip irritation.
